According to Miami.cbslocal.com here is the best defense when it comes to Coronavirus:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water.
- Wash for at least 20 seconds or as long as it takes to sing the ‘Happy Birthday’ song. Wash before eating, after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. - Be sure to wash your thumbs, wrists and between your fingers, the most commonly missed places. - If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and face. - Avoid close contact with people who are sick or exhibit symptoms. - Stay home when you are sick. - If you have to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and disinfect your hands. - Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or an alcohol wipe.
