Playing in the Kitchen: Fried Chicken Patacon

I challenged Chef Jae to make a patacon but... with fried chicken. She seasoned and fried some chicken breasts the classic Caspanish way. Next, she layered the sandwich with pickles, lettuce and tomato. So many flavors! Sweet and crunchy with a kick! This one has potential.
