Today was so much fun! Thank you @rap4bronx for the opportunity. We cooked for the community and they enjoyed it of course. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our 8 years of marriage! We got to cook on the spot with fresh produce from upstate farms. We cooked Curry Summer Squash using fresh summer squash and collard greens, Callaloo Fritters using fresh callaloo, tomatos, and green peppers , over white rice.
